Knowing The Mind Of God
So what if I told you that you can experience the supernatural in little or no time? You may be thinking “isn’t that venturing into the occult or some sort of evil territory” Well sorry to burst your bubble, I am taking about the true supernatural stuff, those sanctioned by God that we should walk in. Remember the devil is a master counterfeiter; he mimics the Kingdom of Light and in so doing he replicates the things of the Lord and add his own twist in it so as to beguile (mislead) us, preventing us from experiencing God’s best for our life’s and at the end disqualify us from God’s ultimate plan for your life’s ‘Fellowship with him’. (John 14:3)
The truth is that God wants us to experience and operate in the supernature which in fact should be natural to us since we are spirit beings whose spirit (when saved) was recreated in Christ Jesus.
The bible teaches about many different types of wisdom however I will be focusing on the “Wisdom of God”. 1 Corinthians 2:7 Paul in his letter to the Saints in Corinth stated that “we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:”
Paul is saying that there is a wisdom that God has ordained for us even before the world was created, this wisdom is hidden! Not from you (if you are born again) but from those who are not born again.
One of the requirement to having this hidden wisdom is being born again , see when you receive Christ Jesus in your heart the bible tells us that God recreated us and gave us a new spirit, now he did not stop there he also place his Spirit in our spirit. Now just as you alone knows your deepest thoughts same way the Sprit of God alone knows his deepest thoughts as seen in 1 Corinthians 2:11; “For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God”
Here is the sweetest part as we said before, when we got saved, God recreated our sprits and place his Spirit within us that means that since the Spirit of God now leaves in us we can now have the ability to know the mind of God. WOW now that supper! and Yes it is totally Ok with God to know his mind 1 Corinthians 1:12 “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God ”
Now would be a great time to take a moment and thank God for this privilege that he has given us in Christ Jesus (to know his mind); this knowledge should prompt us to begin acquainting ourselves with the voice of this indwelling presents of God and start experiencing the supernatural wisdom of God.
